Our Pipe and Sheet Metal manufacturing shops can robotically weld up to 36“ spools and build HVACR duct to any specification including custom metal work. This pre-project fabrication of spools and duct saves both time and money and creates a more streamlined process in the field.
Bel-Aire Mechanical takes advantage of technology from the time we start working on your project. Starting at Preconstruction, Estimating, and Scheduling to Construction with Cloud File Collaboration, BIM modeling, Trimble MEP points, and robotic fabrication. Our field personnel are using Huddle computers, our custom Field Technology Center (FTC), and Autodesk BIM 360 on our iPads for Quality Control.
The Bel-Aire Mechanical Service Department will service and maintain anything we install. With 24/7/365 Live Dispatch for Piping and Plumbing services we have your systems covered.
During the Preconstruction phase Bel-Aire Mechanical will gather as much information as possible. This enables us to better understand the design criteria and the intended building system performance requirements. With that in mind we are better able to use our many years of experience to recommend potential cost savings and performance enchantments
Bel-Aire Mechanical utilizes Autodesk’s Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Collection (AEC) suite of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. The BIM modeling is a real value-added design process that doesn’t just mimic drafting, but allows for true digital representation of the building process to facilitate, exchange and interoperability of information in a digital format.
Bel-Aire Mechanical project teams will manage the construction processes to ensure the project meets or beats the project schedule and budget.
