A five story, copper building that acts as a gateway to the Downtown Arizona State University Campus and home to one of the largest nursing programs in the United States. Bel-Aire Mechanical provided the mechanical and plumbing services on the shell & core and tenant improvement for this 84,000 square-foot facility including new classrooms for nursing students. Located at Third and Fillmore streets, the modern glass and copper structure includes a 200-seat conference center, a 60 seat computer classroom laboratory, student facilities and faculty office and research space. The building includes several sustainable elements and LEED Gold Level Certification was achieved from the United States Green Building Council.
