Bel-Aire Mechanical has for many years, enjoyed a significant share of the high tech laboratories that have been built in the metropolitan Phoenix area.
Some of our pridefully completed projects include MD Anderson, Dignity Health Care (St. Joseph’s Hospital, Barrows Neurological Center, Banner Mesa, Banner Boswell, Banner Del E. Webb Hospital, Scottsdale Health Care, John C Lincoln Health Care and many others.
The location of Bel-Aire Mechanical is an integral advantage in maintaining a significant presence to our trade affiliates, vendors and subcontractors. A well established record of successfully completing laboratory projects on time and within the budget.
With the support of our local suppliers, vendors and subcontractors we have maintained a well established relationship. Many of which have worked with us since the first job we received. We understand the importance of supporting and utilizing local resources. All of our employees reside in the State of Arizona.
