Over the last 42 years Mel has managed mission critical, institutional, semiconductor, healthcare and commercial projects in Arizona, New Mexico, and California. His broad experience in varied projects allows him to foresee potential problems and resolve them before they become critical and enables him to complete fast track projects on time and within budget. He has extensive experience in managing the cost control process, measuring productivity and cost forecasting for mechanical HVAC, plumbing and process piping systems. Mel, as project director will be responsible for the overall management of the project including liaising with the General Contractor and Owner; coordinating of the project from start to finish; supervising members of the project team and overseeing project implementation. He will provide strategic and managerial leadership for successful implementation of project activities. He ensures that the project progresses in accordance to contractual obligations and complies with targeted deliverables.
