Projects Highlights:

The mechanical system is composed of three packaged chiller plants with a standard VAV System on the ground floors. Typical floors have two air handlers with an Under Floor Air Distribution System (UFAD). Rooftop energy recovery units that capture energy from the building exhaust and transfer it to the intake air enhance energy efficiency.

Innovated Time Savings:

  • 1000 hours and 45 schedule days were saved because of prefabricated plumbing components
  • 66 schedule days and 2600 man hours were saved and the mechanical installation schedule was expedited due to offsite manufacturing of the mechanical piping system components
