Sabino is a highly knowledgeable and driven Sr. project manager working in the industry since 1998. Some notable work includes, Semiconductor, Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical and Food Processing projects across Arizona, Texas and Mexico. Action-oriented with a strong ability to communicate effectively allows him to successfully work with owners, engineers, general contractors, and other trades to achieve a high quality installation on schedule. A proven track record of comprehensively managing multi-million dollar projects show that he is tech-savvy and well versed in all aspects of HVAC, Mechanical and Plumbing Construction.
Sabino, transitioning to the Project Director position will be responsible for the overall coordination of multiple projects from start to finish. He will work closely with the team, estimating, BIM, QA/QC representatives, the general contractor and owner to clarify the design and scope of the project so that he can manage the cost, measure productivity and oversee quality control. He is responsible for the project to be on time and within budget. Sabino will attend to coordinating all billings, schedules and change orders pertinent to the project to ensure all expectations are met or exceeded.
